One Parking - 28-23 42nd Rd (The JACX) Parking Garage

I park here pretty regularly. The prices are what you'd expect for LIC. The service is relatively fast and the crew are respectful and helpful. Never used the app to get the car in advance, but you can usually get the car within 15 minutes. Never had an issue with the car in terms of damage. I definitely recommend them if you need to park by LIC!

I love parking in this parking lot. Antolin is always friendly with a beautiful smile on his face, holding your car door open for you, he runs extremely quickly thru the garage to park cars and at the same time get your car to you to leave in amazing time. He is top notch! Honestly he is manager material because he converses and works very very well with his team assuring everyone gets their cars parked or he gets your car for you in mere minutes!!! Very bad experience. When I came to pick up my car, the staff told me I hadn’t paid enough and that I needed to wait another hour- even I’m doing monthly pay. Apparently, they prioritize customers who pay more for parking and detailing so they can make more money. This is extremely unprofessional and frustrating.

My go to parking garage when I come to my corporate office and it’s great. Everyone is very attentive and friendly. Mornings and late afternoons can be a little hectic but all the staff is always on point. All staff are very welcomei g! Antonolin greets me in the mornings with a warm welcome. Definitely recommend.

I’ve been parking here for about two years now and have not had any issues with my vehicle or staff. Everyone is friendly and efficient, Antolin always makes sure that service is running smooth.
