One Parking

I was physically threatened and attacked in my own parking garage by an unknown person driving recklessly with a covered license plate. When I reported this serious incident to the only parking operations manager (Luis), his response was simply, “I don’t know who that is.” That’s the level of “security” we pay for here. One Parking is clearly more interested in squeezing every dollar out of residents than actually providing safety or accountability. Residents should not have to fear for their lives or their property where they live. Absolutely disgraceful.

BEWARE!!!! Signage in this parking garage is very poor and the towing company they are contracted with will tow your car for any reason. Make sure all your tags, registration, insurance and everything is up to date or you will come back to your vehicle and it will be gone. Make sure you are parked on the correct floor as well or they will take your car. The tow company comes by very frequently every day looking for vehicles to take, and they will charge $175 to get your vehicle back. It doesn't matter if you've only been there an hour or the day. I would advise anyone to park anywhere else. The metro garage is better!

This garage is frequently broken into with cars vandalized and they do nothing about adding extra security measures. Update: they also rearrange parking for those who PAY MONTHLY for reserved spots and make it inconvenient to park.

Got trapped here for an hour late at night because none of their card readers worked and no one was answering the attendee phone. I had to call the fire department to come let me out, after which the attendee finally answered the phone and let me out.

Would give 0 stars if I could! They will tow your car for anything just because they are money hungry. I pay for reserved parking EVERY MONTH and they towed my car for no reason! You’re better off parking on the street somewhere other than here.
