Anthony at the 28-07 Jackson Avenue location is very professional in his work he always greets people with a very polite smile and is always polite and respectful to all the guests who come there I comes to this location every week and he always treats me very kind and always has a great attitude I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and as a matter of fact my friend uses this same place also.

Worst garage in the area. Not 24/7 despite posted signs. Don’t get stranded parking here, take your business elsewhere. Jackson Park - do better, demand better from your arrangement with OneParking.

Wish I could give 0 stars. On 24th July 2023 around 12:20 AM I dropped a text to pick up my vehicle. I arrived at 12:40 as they suggested and was outside their garage knocking the door. We waited outside for 20 mins with no hopes that the guard will answer. Finally this man arrives and doesnt even care about apologizing for the delay or at least a gesture. Yes, I showed my frustration because what was promised is not delivered and theh made us wait for 30mins. But this man after arriving does all other work but doesnt get our vehicle making us wait for another 15 mins. He has to learn how to behave in the service industry. This is utterly disappointing

As I have contacted the office dozens of times, my vehicle has already been removed and there should be no additional charge anymore. I have replied to this email three times, talked to the manager onsite, called your customer service, yet I am still receiving this bill. Update: Bill finally stopped coming after I asked to speak with a supervisor.

I had a great experience here - not sure why some of the other reviews are so negative. The clerks treated me kindly and had my car ready for pick up almost immediately after I texted them.
