One Source Window Systems

My husband and I had a great experience with One Source Window Systems. Andrew worked with us, our condo board, and the property manager to get the window material, process, and colors approved. They made several trips on our behalf to the DC Historic Preservation Office to get design approval and permits. The friendly installation crew was able to finish the job in one day. They cleaned and covered all furniture, removed and disposed of our old windows, installed the new ones, and vacuumed up the leftover debris. A project manager even stopped by toward the end of the install to inspect the work and make sure we were satisfied. One Source replaced my condo windows two years ago. My heating bills were reduced. They did a lovely job! The landscape crew where I live broke one of the tempered glass panels with a flying stone. One Source repaired the window at my request and was patient waiting for my payment of that repair, which was paid directly to me by the company that broke the window, which took 6 weeks from the invoice. One Source knew of my problem awaiting payment. Today I received the compensation and paid One Source within the hour. They cleared the debt immediately and were very kind and understanding. I have recommended them to neighbors, who were all satisfied with the windows and the care the workers took in the installation. I recommend them highly!

We had 16 windows installed over two days on 10/5/23 and 10/6/23. The One Source crew arrived promptly both days, worked very efficiently and carefully, took care to get the details right so that all of the windows opened easily, were aligned properly and sealed tightly. The windows are well made and work very smoothly. Installation was cosmetically perfect, with very neat work! And they were careful to cover everything, including furniture and exposed flooring, with tarps. They cleaned up afterwards so thoroughly that you would not even know they were there! All in all, an excellent job and genuinely outstanding and professional work. We are VERY happy we decided to purchase our windows from One Source!!

One Source Window Systems flawlessly replaced all my condo windows plus doors to my balcony. All aspects of working with this company have been a joy. Sales worked with our condo building to get a group discount; scheduling installation worked around my schedule; the construction crew arrived promptly, worked cheerfully and efficiently in 30 degree weather while accommodating my dog, my cat and my interruptions to make cups of tea; and they have scheduled a no cost follow up to repair the puncture holes my dog made in the sealant. I have already noticed that my heating system is not turning on as frequently and there are no longer drafts coming in from my wall of glass onto the balcony. We had two large sliding doors and 4 tall windows replaced in our apt. and having been involved in construction projects I have to say One Source was glitch free from the estimator, the admin, and the installers. They were efficient and professional and the windows make a big difference shutting out noise and cold air.
