One Spot O'Hare Airport Parking

Great service, awesome drop and pick up- especially at our very late hours coming and going. I highly recommend- especially awesome when we got in the car and we did not have to warm the car up, clean the ice and snow off! And they washed the car too!

I have been using them for years now and I never had a bad experience with them. They are always very helpful and let me tell you my flights have been cancelled an I had to reach out to them to change my reservation more than once never a problem. Always prompt to pick us up or drop off. Sometimes people need to take in consideration that if they are travelling at peak times sometimes there’s going to be a delay. Thanks for always providing great service 😊

BEWARE! Horrible experience. Parked 2 cars here for over a week. One car had over $40 stollen out of it. I didn’t realize my 19 year old son had left the money in the car. The Owner took over 2 weeks to “review the footage “ and came back with nothing suspicious. However everything in the vehicle was rummaged through and the receipts were neatly stacked that were not previously done so before. She’s protecting her sketchy employees and business. Read reviews before booking is the lesson learned here.

I usually leave from Midway but when my flight was switched to O’Hare that brought on all kind of anxiety! I google searched this location, read the reviews and I must say this is a great place that will give you the peace of mind and professionalism you are looking for! Both of my drivers were great. Salan was my driver when I returned. Also the car is protected from the sometimes harsh weather conditions. Highly recommended!

Caution! My car was damaged here and when I pointed out the damage, the staff became aggressive - physically confronting me and accused me of committing fraud by yelling at me in front of other customers. They refused to show any documentation claiming the damage was already there. How did they know - they didn't even look at their computer!?! After filing a report and waiting two+ weeks later, the manager Yuri doubled down and said she reviewed footage and this never happened and that I am a liar and a fraud. Great way to come home at 11:30 NYE after a 5 hour flight delay.
