One Stop 360 did an amazing job with my bathroom project. Hersons team came in and worked diligently and efficiently. Not to mention they were very professional and completed the project in a timely manner. I would highly recommend One Stop 360 for your projects.

Herson and his team were recommended to me for roofing. I selected them and the roofing job was done acceptably well. He did adjust the price prior to coming out claiming his miscalculated the size, but it was within a fair margin and I accepted it. The home also needed windows and he said he had plenty of experience with that and quoted me an install price per window. After reviewing the scope and adjusting to accommodate budget the windows were ordered. $400 for window swap and $200 for trim install. For 11 windows the adjusted price was over $18,000. One window was a bay window though to be fair and I recognize that is more work. Well, considering my past experience and timeline I decided to bite the bullet. WORST EXPERIENCE! This company is UNPROFESSIONAL and does the bare minimum, LOW QUALITY work. I DO NOT recommend for general contracting work. OVERALL the Owner: •Lacked Integrity and Character •Lacked Necessary Communication Skills with other contractors to complete job to schedule •Dishonest and Untrustworthy •Baited with low cost only to charge for “additional” items throughout project •Connected me with a legitimate Architect that he works with personally, yet could not interpret drawing details when needed (architect connection was simply for appearance to gain customer trust) •Hired unprofessional subcontractors to complete drywall which was LOW QUALITY WORK!
