One Stop Appliance Repair

We have a Samsung washer/dryer from Costco and through the warranty, we were paired with One Stop Appliance for our repair. Within an hour of getting off the phone with Costco, One Stop Appliance called me to get our repair scheduled. They were kind, knowledgeable, and were able to accommodate my schedule. Initially, they gave me an arrival window of 9am to 4pm (which whoa that’s way too large) and I explained that I could only do 9am-1pm due to childcare and they said that they would do their best to get a technician there during that time. On the day of, the repair tech Rich, called me in the morning to let me know when he would arrive and confirmed what we needed repaired. A complaint has been filed with Samsung. Samsung has refused to refer me to an alternative repair provider. I have contacted this service twice to schedule an in-home replacement of the main board for my S95C, and they continue to insist on charging a $115 “diagnostic” fee. A diagnostic fee is not appropriate in this case, as the issue has already been identified. The HDMI controller failure in Samsung’s One Connect box is a well-documented and widely reported problem that is straightforward to confirm. I am seeking a repair provider willing to replace the board without adding unnecessary or redundant fees. After reviewing the shop’s response, my position has not changed. I had already identified the failed component as BN-96-56794A, a well-known and frequently reported failure of Samsun

these people were honestly amazing. i had 2 members (Matt? and i’m sorry i forget the other gentlemen’s name) come to my house multiple times to fix my samsung tv. samsung was terrible, these guys were great. in the end, i have a working tv as i should have had from the beginning thanks to them. samsung customer service and tech support is sub par and made it as difficult as possible. the one stop appliance team actually went out of their way to help me get resolution to the problem. i am grateful to the team. thank you!!

Fast & reliable, very knowledgeable, a kind follow-up after repair explaining our scenario. I was beyond happy with our services. The last time we had to do one of these services for our old washer, it took almost 3 months to come to our remote location. We got serviced within a week of our claim. I’m irate. I spent 2K on a Samsung refrigerator that the installer destroyed the wiring for the light in the freezer and walked off with the shelf that goes in the door. The technician never calls to tell you what time to expect him and now he tells me he can’t find the part numbers and I’m going to have to call Samsung to get the part myself! This is not service. I’m going to call Samsung alright to tell them not to use this company and then Lowe’s to ask them for a new refrigerator. Grrrrr.
