One Stop Roofers

Arturo is an unprofessional individual who is a con. He will come out give you a great sales line. “Blah blah I’m accredited with BBB” Issues started days in on job , then after he came with he needed to charge insurance extra blah blah. Once job was done he never came to do final inspection. We went up and saw there was exposed section and sloppy work. Have 6 month’s waiting on “material to come in for him personally finish job” as per him. Now he just says his coming and no show and as off few weeks ago stop answering. It’s disappointing as this is not a shed or whatever building, this is my Home.

DO NOT use One Stop Roofers. Initially we felt the process of getting our roof placed went well. However, when their work was tested by heavy rains, we developed a bad leak within 1 year. We have been trying for over a year to get One Stop Roofers to repair the leak , since we are still under warranty ( they claim to have a 2 year warranty). They avoided our phone calls and texts messages the majority of the time , and on the rare occasion when they did answer , they would say that they would stop by or call back and then NEVER did. Unfortunately, after reading other reviews, we see that we are not the first to have this problem with them. We are highly DISAPPOINTED . WOULD NOT RECOMMEND .

We were pleased with our roof upon completion. The gentlemen who actually do the work were professional, efficient, polite, and clearly took pride in their work. The difficulties that we have run into are with management. Phone calls not returned, leaks not fixed in a timely manner (leaks developed after a particularly heavy rainstorm mixed with hail) and most recently a hail damaged skylight. I called another roofer to take care of the skylight but was informed that my 10 year warranty would be nullified if another roofer touched it. At this point it has been 10 months and still have a cracked, leaking skylight. Like I said we are happy with our roof but good luck after that. I pray the roof stays strong for the rest of the warranty.

Not recommended! I had a horrible experience when I had them inspect my roof damage to give me an estimate. They told me they would work directly with my insurance company to get the best coverage from my policy. Weeks went by so I called them to get an update. They literally told me they were directly communicating with the adjuster. Weeks went by again. I called for an update, again they lied and told me they would be out in a couple of weeks to begin the job, they told me they were going to order the materials needed for the repair. Again, I waited another couple of weeks, nothing, so I called them again. The manager was very rude and told me they were very busy handling other jobs. I told him that I was worried about the weather causing more damage to my exposed roof. I told the mana

Art came out to give us an estimate on a ;new roof and then installed it. Our home is heavily insulated as well as the garage and garage door because we had proper ventilation. Heat build up after he installed the roof on the house and garage were extreme because of the lack of venting on the roof, so we called and texted him to take care of the problem and when he did finally text us back, he said he would be out and never showed up. This happened twice. He ignores our calls and has yet to come out. It has been about a month and still no resolution. I believe that he cut corners on the venting to make more money. I would have given this roofer no stars, but it wouldn’t allow me to post this complaint. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this roofer to even install a roof on a dog house! BEWARE!!
