MacKenzie "Kenzie" is likely going to be a CEO of sorts some day. Her marketing, professionalism, and attention to detail are unmatched. Backstory: I've had another hvac company I've dealt with for 3 years that let me all the way down for a PM emergency visit. So on the off change while sifting thru all the local companies on google i came across One Way Air. And lets just say ill only be going ONE WAY from now on lol. HERES WHY: The technician Matt, kept me informed from start to finish and explained every part of the process that I ended up gaining a ton of important knowledge about my homes hvac system. He's a very brilliant, honest, kid who will go very far in the industry. He treated the system as if it was his own and went above and beyond to make sure everything was running perfectl

Chase was incredibly quick at communicating, he came late in the evening because our AC went out. Would recommend him to anyone looking for a last minute service call or a larger repair. Very dependable!

This past Thursday Chase Carroll came to my house to give me an estimate. It was by far the best estimate I received and he was the third AC company. One Way Air takes their customer service very seriously which I liked. He also explained the differences and potential savings related to a jump from 5 Ton 14 Seer2 to 5 Ton 16 Seer2. In addition, he worked hard to earn my business. I took a chance and opted for the system he suggested 5 Ton 15.2 Seer2 and the very next day it was installed. The appropriate crane was used. Trey and Matteo were my installers and they did a great job, taking care of not damaging my wood floors where the air handler closet was located. It took only one full day for install. I am happy and my package includes 3 years of maintenance at no cost. The

But any of the other companies have had you guys were quick response with me making a last-minute appointment your technician Matt was wonderful. I’d love to have him take care of my maintenances when they are due every six months he went through everything like it’s supposed to be done not like these other companies. I will definitely recommend one way to everybody I know.

I received Outstanding service today from Mr. Chase Carroll. He was on time arrived promptly and started the job. He did a complete thorough inspection, after asking a few questions on the history of the unit. He immediately resolved the issue. No leaks or major problems were detected. He immediately resolved the problem after assessing interior and exterior unit. He was very professional, courteous and kind. I would recommend him to family and friends or anyone at anytime.
