One Way Steel Buildings LLC

One Way Steel built a custom shop for me and did a great job. The quality of the building is excellent and the workmanship really stands out. I live in a neighborhood that allows shops, and out of the 10 or so that have been built here, One Way Steel has done 5 or 6 of them—which says a lot. After seeing their work firsthand, I was confident choosing them and they delivered. Highly recommend.

Awful job with the delaminated concrete. They promised to fix. And promised to install flooring since we were going to stain the concrete. Then when time came to fixing they delayed and delayed and then ghosted us with no response. Now 9+ leaks with no response to fix even though both the concrete and metal building workmanship are under warranty. Also, 3 months delay with no remorse. Miguel is a liar and promised to make it right but now won’t even respond even after demand letter from lawyer. And the damage cost outway the balance we still owe. Never use people that don’t do what they say and make mistakes and don’t fix. This is disappointing and disgusting and costing us significant in potential revenue.

Fantastic experience from beginning to end. Professionalism and courtesy seem to be paramount at this company. Any questions were answered within 48 hours. We were kept informed of weather delays. Highly recommend. Ask for Hugo or Miguel to get what you're looking for in a Steel Building!
