Shannon at the top of his trade and always straight with his customers. He will help you understand any part of the process you question. You can tell he is looking for lifetime clients and I am pleased to be one.

Shannon has been our plumber for a decade+ at this point, & there is no one else we trust for caring for our home’s plumbing needs. From emergencies to simple repairs, Shannon is funny, practical, explanatory, and kind. He gets good work done efficiently & at a decent price, stands by his work as needed, & will drop everything for those nightmare emergencies we all dread as homeowners. You can’t do any better.

We called O'Neill to come fix our sump pump, which had a faulty switch that led to it overheating. Shannon did a fantastic job. We are out of state, so he sent us photos of the problem he found, explained what needed to be done, and kept us up to date on his progress. He was there very quickly, too, which was a huge relief as I'm sure you can imagine. I 100% recommend O'Neill Plumbing Services! And Shannon is a delight.

They even helped me find a manual to one of my old appliances and showed me the part I needed to order— saving me big bucks! And they did a great job repairing my water heater.
