Phillip and Brandon Bolen were my movers and they did an amazing job! They were very professional, fast and detailed in their packing list and marked everything for us so that it makes it easier once we get to our new location. Would recommend them to anyone. Great people!

OneRelo Worldwide – Agent for United Van Lines, Inc is a very unprofessional company. I had a 9:00 AM appointment, but the receiver told me I did not have an appointment. She gave me a phone number and told me to call to make one. I called several times, but no one answered. When I checked in again at 12:00 PM, I explained that nobody had picked up the phone and asked what I should do. She told me I needed to send a message to get a callback instead of helping me in person. She refused to make the appointment face to face and kept telling me to call. I could see staff walking around, and they did not appear to be busy. In my experience, the management was very unorganized and unprofessional. Our cross country move with this company was appalling from start to finish. In the folder that Mayflower is supposed to give you when they come to estimate cost, Mayflower claims to "to protect your furniture every step of the way." Not so, although we did not receive said folder until after we signed the contract. "Ooops, I've only ever forgotten that once before." Mayflower gives an arrival window but disregards it. The $100 a day compensation is grossly out of touch with current prices, and then there's the furniture protection issue. They don't. Packers pack high value item with kitchen spices and completely ignore other high value items which may or may not arrive in one piece. Worst experience I’ve had. This is a subsidiary of United. United is a co-op so after Terri lied to me and destroyed over 15k of my stuff, there is no way to recover the money from the “insurance” they tell you is included in the cost of the move. The salesman, Jim, will tell you that they will reimburse you 100% of the replacement cost. But they do not. You have to deal with someone else in a claims department and they do not respond to you timely. They offer you $500 for your belongings. Then you have to go back-and-forth with them with zero communication in between. It’s been over five months and I have yet to see a dime from them. They broke my bed and said, “well, just submit a claim but keep the bed for proof”. So I had to keep my broken bed frame and then pay out of pocket to replac
