OneStop provided a good design consultation who worked closely with me to produce a beautiful remodel of my hall bathroom. Every step from measurement to correction of minor details was done professionally, overseen by Sergio, the project manager. He was most solicitous of our satisfaction with the job. The work crew was polite, worked hard, and left the house spotless every day they were here.

After sharing my inspiration photo and budget with her, it was clear she had been attentively listening to my preferences because she nailed it on recommendations that matched my taste! From design to completion, I had a superb experience with Onestop in renovating my 5x12 bathroom from 1941. The designer had terrifically creative ideas, and she was also very patient with my indecisiveness. Once the project got under way, the project manager and crew chief kept me completely and promptly informed of any issues or need to deviate from the original design. They often went above and beyond what I expected in solving problems. Then even after I made my final payment, Onestop responded in a matter of hours to fix an issue with the shower that surfaced 48 hours after the bathroom was finished (i didn't test the shower sooner because I wanted to make sure the caulking had cured). I couldn't be happier with the finished product; and when I'm ready to update my other 1941 bathroo
