Andy did a great job! He was able to come out quickly and did a thorough inspection for mice. He took pictures and showed me the areas around my home that needed to be addressed. He came out to do the work several days later. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and reasonably priced. I’d recommend him for all your wild life concerns.

Andy at One Way Services was one of the folks we called in mid-September, 2025, when we realized squirrels had gotten into our attic in Stallings. He came to inspect our attic, our soffits, roof, etc a couple of days later and located several places where the squirrels had gotten in. He gave us what we considered to be a much more reasonable estimate than the one another company had given us. He talked to us about the one-way exits he would place in the 5 locations he had identified. He offered a 1 year warranty on his work. When I told him I had hoped he would do at least a 2 year warranty (in case the squirrels try again next fall), he said he could do a 2 year warranty. So I gladly accepted his estimate.
