Onion River Well & Spring Service

I called on a Friday about an ongoing water issue, Josh called me back that evening and was at my house Monday morning! They looked everything over and determined the pump was on its way out, left to get some parts, and a couple hours later was back and pulling the old and replacing with a new one. They found another issue when that was replaced and were back not next month or week, but NEXT DAY to address the issue! Josh and his dad were great to work with, can't recommend them enough!

Our well pump stopped running. Called late in the day and they were at the house the next morning. Turned out to be the 40 year old pump control switch. They had the part on hand and it was an easy fix. Super happy with Josh and his father. Won't hesitate to use them again.

We held a memorial service at our house last weekend and our 30 year old well pump couldn’t keep up with all 17 of us, so it quit Saturday night and left us hauling water up from the brook to flush toilets. So we called Onion River early on Sunday morning and Josh came right over and diagnosed a well pump failure. They had the trucks at our house at 0615 on Monday morning and got our water working by 1000. Simply outstanding service. I can’t say enough great things about this company!

Six stars! I wish I could give six stars. We had a broken water line right outside the house and water was pouring into the basement through holes in the cinder block foundation. We turned off the pump and well and thought we'd be without water for days. Josh and Rich squeezed us in, dug down to the broken line, spliced in a new piece, and had us up and running again in less than two hours. Great guys. Super friendly and professional, and they obviously know their business. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Our very old well pump was failing. It was also buried under ground. They came promptly and we had water that day. We had excellent service and really appreciated their hard work!
