I hired their surveying services when purchasing a property in Orlando and paid for the work in full. However, when I requested the CAD file — a fundamental part of the technical work performed — I was told I had to pay an additional $195. Additionally, they made the delivery of the file conditional on signing a liability waiver. I find this practice unethical and lacking in transparency.

I Purchased property title company ordered survey, property was a jungle, they coud not get to a couple of stakes. They were great to work with, when property was clear they came out right away and placed the missing stakes and restaked any broken stakes. Thank you for your services.
