There is constant communication. I've never worked with a contractor who kept me informed at all times. After this experience, they raised the bar for contractors, even though it almost seemed too good to be true. I also appreciated that they only focus on roofing. Mario and his team did an excellent job.

Our ranch building's custom clay tile roof was recently finished by Only Roofing. They performed a fantastic job. The communication was very good. Later this month, we're going to use them in our home. It has my full support.

Excellent communication with Mario and the Only roofing team, since the beginning conversation was fast and very accommodating with my work schedule. Upon arrival Mario answered all my questions and the team arrived and finished as expected. Left the place impeccable after finishing! Highly recommend and super friendly!

Only Roofing was great! Called about a roof leak and despite not having power at their office, they answered and were able to have a guy out same day to take a look at the issue, send me photos, and give me an estimate. Shout out to Mario for being a great communicator and being very timely. I appreciate the work he did and would definitely recommend to friends/family
