Judd, Cameron, Ayden and the entire OnPoint experience from initial contact to contracting, initial site visit with Judd, and the amazing onsite creativity, working with the Wood Plank company's excellent product OnPoint had never worked with, which I chose for my materials, which they accepted and researched carefully, and expertly applied to a challenging slope using horizontal composite planks and leveled with beautiful pressure treated base there forever, with carefully crafted solutions engineered on site in a day and a half. The scheduling was amazing and text / email confirmations and "docu-signed" transaction with clear documents and billing matching the bid proposal, with clear itemization, and all professional from start to finish. Great experience with this local company. Our estimator Bret was easy to work with and responded to all my many questions and needs. he came thru exactly as promised. Our 2 installers were great as well…Adrian and Yeoman. Stepped us thru what they were going to do as this was a custom fence design. We are extremely happy w this project and plan on using them again in the future. Glad there are still special companies out there. TU OnPoint!!!
