Preston, the owner, was great from day one when he came to give us a quote. He was friendly, straightforward, and never tried to pressure us into signing. We used OnPoint for major repairs after our water heater leaked into our kitchen, living room, and dining room. Preston, our contractor, and his crew, led by Jesse, were very good at staying in communication throughout each step of the process.
