We had a leak from a bathroom on a second floor above a kitchen on the first floor. OnPoint did open up the ceiling and let us know the toilet needs to be changed. But they did not bother to close the ceiling back up and left a 4 foot gaping hole above the kitchen. They simply said they are too busy to finish the job.
