Called One Point Air Duct Cleaning to make an appointment for dryer vent cleaning. Somehow they might contract the job to someone else. Two guys from Chimney service showed up and quoted for dryer vent cleaning at $1475. What a ripoff!!! Better stay away with this service!

When they actually do come out with someone who knows what they're doing, they do a great job. However, that's 10% of the time. Been asking for a welder for over 4 months now and have yet to have even a phone call outside of "we made a note of it" despite the couple calls weekly. Service calls seem to take them all day as if they milk the clock. Not professional.
