We had several companies come and quote us for a repair of our garage door -- one company even told us we had to replace the door entirely while the other used safety scare tactics to convince me to do a lot of unnecessary repairs. OnTrac exceeded my expectations! The owner himself not only took my call but came out to personally service the door. On the phone, he explained some about broken springs and provided a rough estimate much lower than other prospective vendors. When he arrived, he lifted the door with ease (doing that myself just about exhausted me, and I'm pretty strong). He then explained what was optional and what was necessary to complete the repair and gave a final price. Arthur replaced both springs, but didn't stop there. He noticed that one of the panels made a popping sound. He spent 15 minutes diagnosing and fixing it without charging me for the extra time. I had the best experience with OnTrac Garage doors. The service was excellent. My only regret is that this was the second company called. I could have saved myself alot of time and trouble if had called OnTrac first. I can't recommend them enough, please call these guys.
