Onyx Professional Plumbing took excellent care of us from the initial phone call being answered promptly, to the ease of appointment set up for the very next day, to showing up on time, and diagnosing a bad gas pressure regulator. Fischer installed our regulator in less than 5 minutes, and said “you’re all fixed, in under 30 minutes from arrival to our home. We have had issues for a couple of months with the hot water not coming on at all or consistently or stop working temporarily during a shower. We appreciate that they are a local company who live and work in our community. Everything and everyone was friendly, professional and easy understand as he explained the problem and the solution after a thorough diagnosis using current testing equipment. Most excellent service! Friendly staff, plumbers and apprentices! Showed up timely for their appointment and finished the job quicker than I anticipated. I usually do most plumbing around the house but this was a job that was a bit tricky. They performed their work quickly and with a friendly and helpful attitude. They answered any and all questions and concerns I had and took care of business promptly. Just an FYI I had a tie-in drain access installed into an existing bathroom sink drain for a kitchen sink drain in an addition on my house. I would definitely recommend Onyx for any plumbing needs you may have. What a blessing it was to have them get my area ready for my guests. Thank you.

I had a grinder pump back up and had water backing up in the bathroom tubs. I called ONYX plumbing and they were able to come right out due to a cancellation in the area. Thomas was the service tech and was able to diagnose and fix the problem quickly. He was very professional and just a really nice person. Very reasonable cost for the service call and repair. I highly recommend this company if you need a plumber or gas line service.

We have had Thomas from Onyx at our house twice. Have been very pleased with his work. He is very detailed, very professional and courteous. Would highly recommend him if you have any type pf plumbing issues. Also Kristin who works in the office has been very helpful, always returns calls, very pleasant on the phone.

Fisher has some excellent guys working for him. Justin and Preston. They just finished installing a new water heater and repiping my house. Yes I have an old DR Horton house. I say old but it's only 13 or so years old. This was my third water line leak so I just had the house repiped. It's all too expensive but I feel like they gave me a good price. They certainly tested everything. Made the holes to a very minimal. I will attach some pictures. Thanks again guys!
