Eddie came out this morning to deal with toilet issues I am having. He was not only very professional but he was so kind and friendly. Just a great guy to deal with. 5 stars for sure!

Hired this company to finish a build out for our business it was supposed to be finished in 2023 here we are in 2025 and it’s still not completed. Do not use this company if you are not affiliated with Shannon. A job that they said would take less than 90 days has taken 2 years and don’t bother giving them plans they can’t read them or won’t reference them and just do what they want. I employee you to stay far away from this contractor they are awful!!!

Michael “Wolf” was amazing. We have sadly been burnt in the past so when He came to fix our AC and stayed until everything was perfect, we were so grateful. He was beyond kind, thorough, and determined. He explained EVERYTHING to us and made sure we were in the loop with what was going on. He went out of his way to get our AC fixed completely today. He pulled out all the stops for us!! He was very knowledgeable and we just can’t thank him enough for going above and beyond! HIGHLY recommend you request Michael “Wolf” for your needs. HE will get the job done.

Unfortunately I am unable to give a good rating due to the fact I did not receive the estimate promised to me and have tried contacting Louis multiple times about the estimate I was supposed to get and have not heard back. Louis came out a couple of weeks ago to look at a bathroom remodel we needed to do. Seemed very interested in the job and I let him know I absolutely had to have the quote by the 15th of April 2024. Today is the 18th and I have not heard from him. I was really excited to work with Onyx Solutions as they seemed to be a great choice out of the several contractors that gave me estimates and I even intended on going with them even if they were not the lowest quote. I am glad they didn't send a quote because bad communication is a pet peeve of mine and is a deal breaker for
