My wife and I were treated very courteously by Eric and Marissa upon our initial contact. A great effort was placed in choosing the color we desired among their many choices. The finished project we feel is beautiful, this due to the sales, inventory, and a knowledgeable professional crew accomplishing a superb installation. Our future projects will be with Onyx Stone.

From the moment I walked through their doors, I felt at ease and welcomed, almost as if I had been invited in! The customer service was second to none. From the salesman, to the office staff, templator, demo crew, right up to the incredible installers, ALL were professional, reliable, and knowledgable. I highly recommend Onyx Stone. We recently had granite counters installed in two bathrooms by Onyx, during bathroom renovations. The entire process was handled very professionally thanks to Robert Luna's attention and diligence. They did a good job and there was a piece of the counter left over and I was told it would be cut into cutting board size and given back to me. I never heard back from them and after I called and asked about was told it would be looked into and they would get back to me. I heard nothing from them. I would hesitate to refer them to my friends and family.

We used Onyx Stone because they were referred to us by a friend. We got in touch with Robert and he was just awesome to deal with. We had questions and a lot of them. The knowledge he had was beyond what I would have ever expected. The counters were picked. Then we called him and changed it. He met up with us again and spent time with us to go through the selection process again. Then it came to install the counters and they look amazing. They came back and fixed a few of my concerns and didn’t skip a beat. If you want knowledge, superb customer service and a lot of choices to pick from you won’t go wrong with this company.
