Opal Industries Softwash

I decided to give this company a try after receiving a flyer in my mailbox, and I’m so glad I did. I honestly didn’t expect my roof to come out as clean as it did — it looks brand new! It was extremely dirty from all the trees, and they completely transformed it. They also cleaned my driveway and gave me a very fair price for both services. The team was professional, showed up exactly when they said they would, did an excellent job, and cleaned up everything afterward. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality work and great service.

We have a nice white metal roof that was dirty (last washed 1 year ago) and a stucco house that hadn't been washed in at least 13 years. Owner Randall came out and looked and said his team could definitely remove all that dirt and mold. Taylor and Nick came out on schedule and diligently and steadily worked for almost 7 hours and made our house look new again. We have lots of plants all round the house and due to their carefulness and attention to detail no damage was done to a single plant. They were super polite and quiet and we barely knew they were working around the house. Softwashing is so gentle on the house and yet it cleans remarkedly well. But you have to know what you are doing and Taylor and Nick demonstrated true professionalism. I highly recommend Opal Industries.

Randall came out a few days after I’d called for an estimate, and he gave me an honest assessment of what I did and didn’t need done. He explained how soft washing works and it sounded like a more long-term solution for the black stuff and pollen build up on our metal roof, siding, covered patio and stonework than pressure washing. I’d pressure washed before and been always disappointed with how quickly the black stuff reappears. Plus, we have rooftop solar panels and stonework held together with polymeric sand. I didn’t want to be blasting either of those with high pressure. Taylor and Nick arrived right on schedule to do the work. This is to say that I highly recommend Opal Industries SoftWash services. I recently had Opal SoftWash clean our home’s roof, the body of the house, and its surrounding flatwork - driveway, sidewalks, and curbs. I am writing this late in 2025, and this was my second experience scheduling with Opal’s Randall Mclelland. In 2022 Opal personnel SoftWashed our roof (which has a light shade of shingles) and our house itself (which is white-painted brick). Randall is a genuine fellow, easy to work with, and he inspires confidence in his company. I have separately observed Opal personnel SoftWashing a large multi-story building.
