My husband and I are in the Army and sometimes it’s hard to leave Post at certain times when we’re extra busy with the heavy work loads. I liked how I was able to send a picture of my Garage door for a consult and he replied back letting me know that I had a Torsion Spring issue. He gave me a quote and I was excited to hire him. He is very fast with setting up an appointment to come out to repair our garage. I called other garage repair businesses and they were backed up for a whole month and they wanted to physically come out to see the Garage Door to give me a quote and change a fee to go towards my bill. The day of my appointment he came out on time and was very respectful, he was communicating

I called Rex after getting a quote from another company. He was half the price. Answered all my questions on the phone. Had me take a few quick pictures. Was out the next week and replaced the door in 2 poor so hours. Door is awesome, much quieter and better insulated. The other company had a 14 week lead time. The one thing that stood out the most was that I asked him if I needed to relieve my garage door opener. He took a look at it, knew where the common wear points were, told me that usually after an opener got this old it needed replaced. He said mine was fine. Honest man who did honest work. I will call him every time.

Rex came out quickly and was incredibly reasonably priced! He got our garage door fixed in very little time and gave us tips to prevent future problems. Highly recommend!!!
