Installed a pair of units during a ADA removation. Fairly easy to install for a professional carpenter and easy to set open and close positioning limitations. Had a problem with one of the electronic boards a years later. Trouble shooting was easy, replacment parts warrantied and sent out in a timely mannor. Way nicer then what in on amazon
I've used their products and I love them!! They are dependable and well made! tech support has always been readily available and customer service is excellent. Will use them again.
