They take on large projects with challenging situations, but with the owner’s friendly approach, and more importantly, his knowledge, professionalism, and experience, he and his team are able to work them out and make a project stand out and produce excellent results, which is why I am saddened by other negative reviews, because people are more likely to pay attention to the negative than the positive. My advice to anyone is to always remember that there are two sides to every story, not just one. Opler Flooring has an amazing team that takes care about costumer service and high quality flooring installation. I had a special opportunity to work with Aaron and I can tell that I learned a lot from him, his professionalism and deep knowledge of the industry. I would highly recommend this company for your projects.

I did freelance work for Aaron and he will not pay me even after we agreed to price. He said he wasn't happy with one of the estimates that I did out of 6 estimates and I told him I wouldn't charge for this one but he still won't pay for my professional, accurate material take offs. Do not do business with him. Reflag was how he was complaining about all of his previous estimators when it was really him thats the issue. He doesn't deserve to be in business with these morals and ethics.

Horrible experience. I wish I never met Opler Flooring, Aaron or anyone at Opler. They can bring a project to a screeching hault. You would be smart to avoid.
