Although our local sellers measured carefully and did everything they could to help, we encountered significant issues on the manufacturing and fulfillment side that caused major delays and unexpected costs. In our case: Our order experienced several months of delays. One of our laundry room cabinets was missing for over a year. Multiple items arrived in sizes that did not match the specifications that were submitted. The cabinets that arrived appeared to be prefabricated standard modules rather than the “custom made-to-order” pieces we believed we were purchasing.
