Optimal Heating and Cooling

In June 2023, I bought a 2002 square-foot Tudor style home that was built in 1929. I really wanted central air-conditioning, but knew it would be problematic because of the plaster ceiling and walls. Not only that, but I have a boiler and radiator heating system system and I wasn’t willing to replace it in lieu of a furnace for central air and heat. I did get one bid and that was for mini splits only and then only in 2 bedrooms upstairs and one unit in the dining room. The price was astronomical and I thought I would be resigned to using portable air-conditioning units during the hot months. That was, until I found Jeff. This company is incredible. I have not had heat in the house for 2 months now. We've been heating the house with the stove top (I know its not necessarily safe but we're desperate and cant freeze, plus the stove is only electric). Anyways, when I finally got the funds for the job, Optimal was able to replace my furnace within 5 days. The techs were incredible, I was not at the house for the job but my wife says they were informative or efficient. When I got home towards the end of the job I seen a tech had grabbed a broom and cleaned up the floor where they worked. Incredible people. Will definitely recommend and refer to EVERYONE.

October and it's 85 degrees!!!!! My air went out! Hunter from Optimal Heating and Cooling came out within a couple hours of my call this morning!!! He quickly diagnosed the problem, and my air was running in no time! Hunter was polite and thorough. The charge was less than I expected. I am beyond satisfied with the service I received from Optimal and Hunter!!! I will be calling back with all my heating and cooling issues!

Jeff and associates were truly amazing! They came in and removed our existing system and installed a completely new one in a day. Every one of them are knowledgeable and informative. Once everything was completed they took their time to explain the new system. They completely cleaned up and removed all their mess (not that there was much) They put all my landscaping back exactly to its original spot with no damage to anything. There were no hidden costs, our final bill was as he estimated MINUS the Consumers rebates! They deducted the rebates and they will apply for them saving us having to wait 6 months for the rebate check to come. They really take pride in their work, I would give 10 stars if it were an option, that is saying a lot coming from a seriously OCD customer. I highly recommen
