After being overcharged by the company our warranty provider sent us to and having to wait two weeks for a part that was still covered, we decided to get a second opinion—and I’m so glad we did! Michael was fantastic. He had our AC working the very first day, and had the coils replaced within two days, for just a fraction of what we would have paid through the warranty company. On top of that, he took the time to explain how to properly clean and maintain our AC and HVAC units, which was so helpful. Excellent service, fair pricing, and true professionalism. Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough about how great my experience with Optimum has been. I originally had them do work on my a/c that was covered by my home warranty but I recently had an issue that was not covered by my warranty. Austin from Optimum had to do some research and then called me with a quote. He was prompt in scheduling a time and when another issue came up, he came back and repaired it. He has been to my townhouse about 4 times and each time, he calls 30 minutes before he's to arrive, he explains the work he's going to do and gives me tips to keep my a/c running at its best. I would recommend him and Optimum to anyone and will definitely call them again when needed! Thanks Optimum and Austin for the great customer service!

I have had a problem with my cooling coils on my old AC unit since last year so I decided to call a few companies to get a quote for coil replacement and complete unit replacement. Optimum Air came out to give me an estimate the same day and they were the first of four companies I had called. Mike gave it a quick look since I already knew the coils needed to be replaced. He priced me all my options quickly and I decided didn't make sense to keep dropping money into a 19 year old unit. We settled on a unit and they were out the next day to install it. Three very polite young men were on time and started right away. Couple of hours and the unit in the attic and the compressor out back were replaced and the old unit hauled away. Service Specialist Michael did a fantastic job! He was very kind, and very knowledgeable! It took less than an hour to get my A/C back up and running from the time they were supposed to arrive to the time he left. Plus, they arrived several hours before the "scheduled to arrive" time. And phoned prior to arrival to make sure it was okay to come early!

We were assigned Optimum Air by our Home Warranty company and it has been nothing but awful. Our tech, Stephen, who is inexperienced is SO nice and apologetic. However, it has now been a week that we have been without AC and I am not happy. Originally, Stephen said that our motor went out, so he had to order a new part and said that he'd be back the next day. They didn't schedule him, so he came the day after he said he would. When he got there, he realized that the new motor didn't include a mount... which, he'd also have to order. So he comes back Monday morning with a mount for the new motor but he couldn't figure out how to re-wire it and had another tech come help him. At that point, they realized that he/they fried the board and that it would take 1-7 days to come in after ordering i
