Extremely pleased with new tile floors throughout the first level. Pre-sale - Joe was very helpful and provided us a case of tile to take home and lay out on the floor. so we could visualize the new floor. Install - Tile and installers arrived on time Day 1 and Joe was there to kick it off personally. Joe immediately resolved a supplier mix up and got his crew going. His installers were extremely hard working, diligent and the quality of their work is apparent. Despite having grown up in the trades, and being home throughout the install, I had no urge to micro-manage (unusual for me) because they were doing everything right. Aldo and Joe were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and overall great to work with! Joe (Project Manager) was very organized and professional throughout! Aldo was extremely clean, and efficient, and did amazing work (Tile demo and installation)! Highly recommend this team and company for all home needs!
