Orange Elephant Painting and Restoration

After meeting with a handful of companies to paint the exterior of my brick split-level, Orange Elephant stood out. During the estimate, they sat down and explained the process, showed examples of past work, and were very informative and helpful in answering all the questions we had. We gave them a tricky paint job, and they couldn’t have done a better job. The crew was courteous, professional, highly skilled and FAST. They asked questions when they had them, and took great pride in the work they did, making sure every detail was right. In my quest to find a company to paint my house I researched several local companies. I read several review and got multiple bids. I ultimately choose Orange Elephant because they had exceptional customer service during the bidding process and Kelly Edwards took the extra time to make sure I was comfortable with everything that needed to be done. I couldn't be happier with their work, they were on time and the employees worked very hard and were very professional. My house looks great and you can tell the work is very high quality. We used Orange Elephant to power wash our house. The planning process was easy, the information we received was accurate and the work was completed well. During the planning phase, they needed to reschedule but they were able to accommodate my timeline successfully. They were even able to get the very challenging spots clean! I sought out quotes to paint the interior of my home and Orange Elephant was recommended by the friend of a coworker. From start to finish Chris was communicative, friendly, and thorough. I've said this one hundred times, but the meeting with the paint consultant was a game changer for me. Being able to narrow down my vision until we got the colors just right was awesome. And Chris ensured I was happy with EVERYTHING before calling the project completed. He even replaced my doorstops! Orange Elephant was recommended to us by a family friend and we could not have been happier with them before, during, and after our painting process.
