In my experience, this company has gone above and beyond and I would highly recommend them to anyone living in Orange County, NY. Most strikingly is their incredibly competitive rates plus their excellent customer service. Normally, these run in converse, so kudos to Orange and thanks for helping us when we needed it!

Orange Energy is the absolute best ... always there when they say they will be...always willing to accommodate as far as payment. The delivery guy bobs and weaves through the obstacle course that is my garage...and he doesn't disrupt a thing! And the prices are waaaay better than most oil companies. All this after delightful conversations with the ladies, who are quick to laugh, quick to call back when you leave a message, and always polite and respectful ... a rarity these days. Next season, call Orange Energy! And no ... I don't work for them!

Company called me at the end of a business day and told me they would not be making my scheduled delivery when I was just about out of oil and the driver said I would be fine for 3 more days. I don’t know how the driver was so sure of that, but we found another company last minute and my tank was filled within an hour.

Way Cheaper than the so called "Full Service" Oil Companies. Orange energy is a COD (Call on Demand) Oil Company. Meaning when you need it, you call and they deliever at a far, far lower rate (and everyone gets the same rate). I have been a customer for 3 years after the other company I used raise my price to rediculous levels after my introductory year. No problems with them yet

Orange Energy saved me this weekend during the bitter weather. They provided prompt response to my phone call, offered suggestions to help troubleshoot the problem, and followed through with a phone call to be sure everything was working. Impressive.
