Not very happy with the company. I had called on Tuesday and the older woman on the phone said I was all set for my delivery on Thursday. It is now Thursday and I’ve yet to get my oil only to be told that I was authorized today for tomorrow (Friday) knowing well the person on the phone said I would get my oil TODAY(Thursday). Now i have to spend more money to heat my house because of the lack of being honest with their customer and lying about when they are going there delivery. It is 85 dollars for 20 gallons of diesel 85 that I don’t have to spend because I relied on a company to put that money towards to. This is not customer service at all this feel’s more of just saying yes and not keeping your word severely disgusted with this…

This is a company you can trust. "Family run" gets said a lot, but this is a family, and more - they're my neighbors, they're my friends, and they will always do the right thing. You won't have a better partner in keeping you warm and keeping you cool than this family delivers, for the 35 years we have been among their clientele. They're the best in the business.

We had mini splits put in a year ago, from start to finish nothing but professional service!! A year later just had them cleaned and again the young man was so professional, polite and knowledgeable! You can’t go wrong with Orange Oil!

We tried many different companies to give us a quote for a heat pump /mini split system. None responded except Orange Oil who responded immediately. Robert Harris seemed very knowledgeable and provided us a number of options for our antique home. Although the price was more than expected the installation was handled by courteous and respectful technicians. Questions were answered as the installation to place.
