Extremely responsive, professional, and thorough. Very reasonable pricing. He came out multiple times to ensure a bed bug issue was handled properly. He was very considerate of kids and pets being in the home. Made a stressful situation much easier to deal with. Highly recommend.

Chad was able to come out 2 days earlier than expected which was fantastic for me. My house in Cleveland is in escrow and termite treatment was the last one of the 5 things the buyer asked to have done. Now the house inspector should pass it and escrow close in about 10-12 days. He did accept payment when escrow closes so I didn’t have to worry about payment to him. “THAT” I really did appreciate so much because this house was a complete money pit. I highly recommend hiring Chad : Orange Pest Control for all your insect needs. If I ever (and I doubt I ever will) buy another house there, I will have him inspect the house before I ever put in an offer to purchase it.

Great service and results! Called mid-morning and Chad came out the same day, sprayed everything inside and out. Within 2 days no sign of any bugs. Contacted me a week later to see how things were and asked if he needed to come back out. Can not say enough about the service and results - I DO NOT do bugs of any kind in our house and he delivered 100%. Would recommend the company to anyone who is having an issue!
