Orange Plumbing

This company with all its bad reviews apparently doesn’t need new business. I called them a week ago just to get an estimate on a new water heater. Everyone I spoke to to get recommendations all told me whatever you do don’t use Orange Plumbing but nonetheless, there was a sticker from them on the current water heater that came with the unit when I purchased it. I had already gotten two other estimates from two reputable companies, but was just curious to see what Orange Plumbing would have to say. I was told that the person I needed to speak to was with a customer and would call me back within an hour that was over a week ago and they never called not that I would’ve used them anyway but that’s just an example of how these people do business!

The day before Christmas Eve we had a blocked toilet/drain. In the afternoon. Called Orange Plumbing, no problem. They were out here within the hour, fixed the problem, left no mess, very gracious, we are very happy with the job. Many thanks to Scott! Happy Holidays Everyone!

Jason came out only a couple hours after I called the office and put a hot water heater in my rv. It was mistakenly put in wrong. He fixed the error and placed it in an area that is easy for me to adjust the temperature now. He was very quick, professional and kind. Highly recommend!

I’ve had several plumbing items replaced by Orange Plumbing. They charged me $185.00 to install the kitchen faucet. About few months after the installation, the faucet came loose. When I called to report the issue, the person who answered seemed distracted and unprofessional. I was told that because Orange Plumbing did not supply the faucet, I would be charged an $85.00 service fee—even though the problem resulted from their installation work. I found the interaction condescending and unprofessional, and it’s obvious they aren’t interested in maintaining their customer base. I’d advise others to steer clear of this establishment.
