I can’t say enough good things about Dave at Orchard City Locksmith! I had lost the keys to my cargo carrier and spent a frustrating amount of time dealing with the cargo company, who frankly didn’t care at all about helping me. Out of desperation, I decided to stop by Orchard City Locksmith—right at closing time—and I’m so glad I did. Dave stayed late and spent over an hour carefully working on the lock, even hand-filing a key to make it work. His patience, focus, and determination were truly impressive. Thanks to him, I was finally able to get my cargo carrier off my car! I’m so grateful for his dedication and kindness. If you need a locksmith who genuinely cares and goes the extra mile, Dave is your guy!

I needed a part for a door knob. The proprietor (sorry I don’t recall his name) went out of his way to find the correct part in his truck. My wife and I now feel safe in our house thanks to the excellent customer service that exceeded our expectations. Thanks, Ron

I spent awhile searching for the best place in town to get a key duplicated, since I have an old collectible vehicle from Japan, and was only able to find a blank for its key from old dead stock, so wanted to be certain that the key made would work. All the time I've owned the vehicle, I've been nervous about having just one key! The fellow who helped me here was so thorough, checking every lock in my vehicle with my old key first (since it was rather worn with age), and then carefully creating a perfect duplicate (which he also tested thoroughly before I left the place). I ended up with just what I'd hoped for (I don't think I've ever been so thrilled with a key before)! Well worth the drive out to these folks, I'll always come back :)

We’ve been having on going issues with our church main doors so I gave Orchard city lock a call. I made an appointment “they are very busy” to meet a locksmith between 10am-12 noon. I got a call from Justin around 10:30am “he said he was in the parking lot” Long story short our front door locks are very old and I was certain Justin was going to come buy to see what we had and order new complete locks. To my delight Justin took them apart then disappeared to his van and repaired both the door handle locking mechanism’s. When he was done both the doors “which have been having trouble opening for the past 2 years” worked better then they ever had, as far back as I can remember. Thank you Justin for your expertise and taking time to make the doors work properly again.
