John did such an amazing job, he was a pleasure to work with. We felt comfortable and confident that we had the right people for the job. This company is professional, friendly, and priced reasonably. They are fast and reliable too. Very simple process, our problem was fixed. Thank you, guys, so much!!!

Andre was very cordial and a pleasure to work with. Had confidence that he knew what we wanted and he even brought my attention to a leak in my boiler plumbing while he was here. Unfortunately, the estimate for the work was higher than I had anticipated and we will have to defer to a later date if at all. Thank you.

John S was so kind and happy energy. I had an issue with my hot water, then it turned out it’s that fancy shower set I’m not familiar with, just needs to push down a button. Although this isn’t a big problem; but from opened the door for him to he greeted you have a great day… in between he was very respectfully to the property, put plastic covers on his shoes and showed me where the issue was and how to use it properly. He thinks for customers, no charge for this short visit. I appreciate it very much! I believe he is easy to communicate and helpful, and I will request him in the future if we have a plumbing problem.
