Competitive prices, great communication (pay attention and read exactly what your delivery date is and agreed to by you!), careful and curteous drivers. Been using Ordermyoil for 10+ years, and they are great, dependable and honest. Sign up for the emails and read them, they let you know about fluctuations in pricing, and delivery times. People who complain... do not read the emails even when they agree to the delivery date and blame the company for what they have no responsibility for. Also sign up for auto delivery is really the way to go.

Absolutely the least expensive we could find so that is great - but do not expect any kind of polished customer service. They send out foolish emails OFTEN and are sort of rude. Did not really matter to us, since we can delete the emails easily enough and did not have to deal with them a whole lot. They did just dump us due to our very difficult driveway. We sort of don't blame them. My 1 star is not for that, it is for their cranky attitude. Anyone can be annoyed and still figure out a way to send out a classy, clean email void of any emotion...except for this crew. We get it, our driveway is tricky, it is long, it is steep, wah wah wah....A simple "We did our best, sorry this did not work out" would have done the trick. They have good prices and come on time (make sure you order early because it can take up to 5 business days). Customer service is responsive and I haven’t had any issues. There was a storm recently and we weren’t able to shovel a path to the tank in time, and they actually shoveled a path themselves! I will try my best to not repeat that mistake, but we were really grateful for that. I’m sure it’s a different company depending on location but it has been fraticelli’s delivering to us every time.

The worst customer support I have ever experienced. My family was left without heat and hot water, and the company showed NO concern. They canceled our delivery three separate times, claiming our driveway was too icy. I had been a customer for two years and kept giving them the benefit of the doubt, but this situation was unacceptable. Their cancellation email instructs customers to “call the office,” yet they do not answer the phone. Instead, the voicemail tells you to email them. When I finally emailed to express my concerns, the owner, Wess, responded multiple times in a rude and condescending manner and even called me a “clown” for complaining. Ordered oil on Friday 12/5. Delivery promised by the following Thursday 12/11. Credit card charge of roughly $1K immediately pending. Call on Thursday when we hadn’t received oil, they claimed they needed photos of our tank in advance even though they’ve delivered to the address before. Said they sent an email and didn’t. Immediately sent the photos. The office woman says we are all set, and reschedules the delivery for Monday 12/15. The next day, Friday, said they need more photos of our oil tank. We send them, we are once again told we are all set and still good to go for Monday. Monday 12/15 (today) we still don’t have oil at 3PM. Call, and are told they tried to deliver this morning and that our oil tank is “no good”. We got fresh snow last night, there are absolutely no foot prints wa
