Megan is incredibly knowledgeable on all thing vacuums. It's well worth your time to call or stop in if you're in the market for a new vacuum. Instead of replacing my Dyson upright with another from Costco or Amazon, I drove from Omaha to purchase a new SEBO here. It's rare to find this level of service and care for customers, thank you Megan for all your help!

After looking for a replacement after going through multiple Dyson units, we looked for a dealer who carried Sebo and Miele. We found this store on Sebo and Miele’s websites. Daniel and Megan were extremely helpful to right size the right machine for us. We ended up buying a Sebo Felix after visiting twice. Neither of them were pushy, and we watched them provide help to people who needed repairs with vacuums they hadn’t purchased from this store.

This place is amazing. I've had 2 old orecks given new life by bringing them here. And for way less cost than a new vacuum. I would recommend thos place in a heartbeat to anyone with an ailing vacuum.

Oreck of Lincoln is the NUMBER ONE stop to purchase, repair or have a question answered about any vacuum brand. I have bought new from them, had an Oreck repaired, cleaned yearly and new Dyson batteries twice! I recently took in a Beam central vac head and found it was a fire hazard. They ordered a new Beam head from two different places with no luck. I was contacted after each effort and the owner then found me a Sebo head that would work! I love it!!!! They are not pushy, guarantee their work and communicate with each customer that walks in! You can’t go wrong with this establishment! It is definitely ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!
