Oregon Appliance Repair

Unprofessional company, will never hire again. My tenants complained of a single incident of propane smell coming from their stove when turned off. I hired Oregon Appliance because they could set up appointment sooner than other options. $175 for "diagnosis" visit. Technician arrived several days later without a propane "sniffer". Did not pull out stove and inspect lines or attempt to locate leak with soap bubble spray. Spent 7 minutes talking about stove issue and 12 minutes him yaking away about his need for certain truck parts. Said sometimes a bad igniter could cause such a smell and would cost $550 for return trip with igniter. Was appologetic that company would not spring "couple thousand dollars" to buy a sniffer tool for just such situations. Does a plumber come to a jo

I absolutely love Oregon appliance repair. Fast courteous on time. Adrian their technician was very professional, diagnosed issue. Came back and fixed our oven. Our oven wasn't getting up to temp as it used to a little bit of smell of gas at the beginning. Adrian came out figured out it was the glow igniter gave us a reasonable quote came back and fixed it.

I was very pleased with our service received from Oregon Appliance. The technician, Braydon, was very knowledgeable and was able to diagnose the issue and we're making ice again. I will call them again if I have any other Appliance issues. Note: this was the only place I found that serviced the Madras area.

Worst customer service I’ve experienced in my life. After an estimate I was yelled at from a phone call at 9:30pm that night and the following morning at 6:30am to hurry up and make a decision. Even though I told them I needed 3 estimates. Every person that answered their phone had no idea what was going on. One of the problems they fixed has just failed again after two weeks. *update* Not a fake review! Call logs and voicemails can be a pain. Stop being petty and fix your problems. All my other reviews are positive because I felt I would always feel bad hurting a business. But you deserved the review. Good luck

We have a Bosch dishwasher that stopped working. Upon a phone call to Oregon Appliance Repair they sent their service tech Adrian out. He was great! He showed up in a timely manner, was very knowledgeable, respectful and fixed the problem. I highly recommend Oregon Appliance Repair and ask for Adrian!
