I contacted Oregon Sewer & Drain LLC to pump my septic tank. They were able to get my tank pumped within a week of my call. The guys who did the pumping were on time, professional, and took the time to explain what they were doing. I plan to use them again the next time I need my tank pumped.

I had the pleasure of having Mike come out today for a problem with our washer backing up into our sink. He did the job and explained what he was doing and what he found. My hubby happened to call and he then explained it all again to him. We will definately contact them again if needed. I truly wish all workers were as kind and personable as Mike.

I recently used this company for their portable restroom. They were quick to deliver and pick up. They kept the restroom clean with their weekly maintenance. Jodie was also a pleasure to talk to on the phone. We will definitely we using them again.

These folks have worked for us at our business And our personal property. They have unclogged drains and scoped out pipes and provided portable toilet services to us on many occasions. My husband and I have been extremely happy with them every time. Its rare to find a business like them where you can make one phone call and they take care of the problem from start to finish without price increases or “unforeseen problems” or Labor or equipment issue. THEY ALWAYS FIX THE PROBLEM NO MATTER HOW DIFFICULT. I also noticed that their pricing has consistently been accurate. Another review here on google states that this company may have an honesty issue but that seems miles from the truth. Exceptional service. This is the second time I've used Oregon Sewer & Drain. The first time was due to a street (i.e. city) side issue. This time a house situation. Each time I've felt confident while they were here, and confident when they left, that the issue was appropriately addressed and resolved. As a bonus: receptionist and technician... pleasant as can be. Oregon Sewer and Drain are one of those businesses I'm proud to have in my town.
