Edgar helped us out when we needed it the most and he even enlightened us on options that I didn't know O'Reilly's offer this oreilly has my business for life and I highly recommend them to all family and friends better quality of customer service appreciate y'all's help and great job on assistance manager.

Came in looking for an alternator and a belt, and Tony took care of me. His customer service was on point the whole time. At the end, I asked his age since he looked pretty young, which he said he was only 17, I was honestly shocked. For someone that young, he really knows his stuff. Definitely recommend this store.

Came here walked in there was a big line but they move fast to help everyone, so I made it in n out like nothing. If you need any kind of extra help Edgar is the man to talk too. Appreciate bro

Poor management! I was sent here by a manager and merchandiser from another Arlington location for the Christmas Ornaments. I get here, I am told by the young man that they do not have the item in stock. I explained that I had confirmed at multiple locations that this store had 6 in stock. I was told by other stores not to call here..but just show up and show them a picture that I had proof they had the inventory because employees are hiding them an not putting them out. The young man said that they were told today that employees are no longer allowed to buy the ornaments. The he was a little helpful and made an attempt to called his manager to ask if they were putting the item out or not and if she knew where they were because he did show that he had 6 on hand and he couldn't find them.

If could leave no stars I would. This was by far the worst experience I've had from an auto parts store. As it was slightly raining I came to this store because I needed some new wipers for my vehicle. The manager Johnny assisted with my purchase. He was very dry and nonchalant in communication. He searched for the sizes and we got them. I needed to have them installed but waited until we completed the transaction to ensure all was good. Once he finally got the promotion entered, I paid, he said there you go and walked off reading papers. Although he was walking off I asked if I could have someone install them and he said I'll have him do it, referring to an employee who was outside assisting another customer. So I waited.
