Organic Appliance Repair Bakersfield

As other people have said, he only came for like 5 minutes and basically didn’t do anything. Before he came, our dishwasher was leaking from the bottom. After he said he fixed it, the dishwasher was still leaking a lot. It actually flooded our kitchen because of this fool’s complete negligence and dishonesty. It’s also really stupid that home insurances actually reach out to this fool to do their repairs. He is an absolute waste of our time and money. The picture is of my mom cleaning up the water from the dishwasher that flooded the kitchen after he “fixed” it. If you ever hear his company name on anything you’re trying to fix, avoid him at all costs!!

Hired by home warranty and didn’t seem interested in job. Did the bare minimum. Not professional. Dishwasher flooded after they installed, which wasn’t entirely their fault but they were quick to blame another contractor and didn’t fix the problem when they came out. Told me to call the plumber. A good contractor would have fixed the problem since it was 50% their responsibility. No sense of urgency, pride in work or concern for customer. Left my kitchen a mess and didn’t take old dishwasher when they left. Would not use them again. They don’t answer when you call, but did call back within a day or two after leaving phone message, text and email.

My home warranty company assigned Rick to service my appliance and I could not be happier with the service. He was on time very helpful explained step by step on the process would go and get my appliance up and running . I definitely recommend him and hope in the future ahs sends him back out.

Consider anyone else...the company is difficult to contact and does not follow up with phone calls regarding status of repairs. Was contracted by AHS (American Home Shield) for repairs. The first visit came out reset the dishwasher, however once he left the dishwasher was still having issues. Tried several times to contact Rick's Appliances regarding a re-visit but to no avail. Contacted AHS and was told I needed to wait until the repair ticket was closed. In the long run was finally in contact for another visit and when he got here I explained the problem. He immediately told me he will have to order a new motherboard. Ordering the new motherboard should be about a week but if he gets it sooner he will call...Yeah right!! I finally called and was told the piece will not be delivered until

*****DO NOT USE RICK'S APPLIANCES UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SCREWED OUT OF YOUR TIME AND MONEY!***** The owner Rick came to my house and was only at my house for 5 mins and claimed he was going to return after he received the ordered part. A month passed, I called him for him to inform me with a lie that the part was on backorder. Two weeks after our phone call he closed out the order and NEVER completed the job! He is not only ripping us off as customers, he is also billing AHS for a job he never completed. I am now moving forward and demanding AHS to remove him from the vendors list. Sad he thinks it is ok to lie and to rip people off!!
