We have an 8ft x 5ft, 25 year old 100% tufted wool rug that had never had a professional cleaning. After doing a search online and reading the many 5 star reviews we decided to use Uzairs' shop. Upon arrival he examined our rug. In addition to needing to be cleaned the backing was deteriorating to the point it needed replacing. After cleaning, some white stitching along one of the end borders appeared. Uzair kept it and dyed the stitches to match the border color! Problem solved!!! It meant we had to make an extra trip to get that work done. We drove 2 1/2 hours each way 3 times to deliver and pick up our rug.
