Oriental Rug Care

Our experience with Oriental Rug Care was outstanding. The carpets came back looking better than new. The staff was excellent. Jessie, Roger & Mike couldn’t have been more helpful or efficient. Debbie, who coordinated pick up & delivery, was most pleasant & easy to work with. All in all a great choice. Would certainly use them again.

We have used Oriental Rug Care multiple times bringing back the same area rugs. Each time we bring them back for the base cleaning, the price is different and always more. Matt is wonderful but be cautious with Debby and Sandy. We will no longer use them. They service our condo building and most of the reviews from other residents are negative.

Great service and great attention to detail. The staff is honest, hardworking and knowledgeable. They look out for the customer’s well being and work in a transparent way. Overall it was a great experience. The owner has been working over 40 years in the business and I’m inclined to say there is not any situation that he is unable to solve. I’ll be doing all my rug and carpet business with them and will greatly recommend everyone to do the same.

The absolute best experience I have ever had with any rug cleaning company. I sent them two huge 10' x 8' rugs, damaged by a flood from the second floor bathroom. I was apprehensive to try them, because the last company I used destroyed a very expensive silk Persian, and refused to pay for it. Joe, the manager, invited me down to take a plant tour and meet the owner, Bill. They were both super nice guys, and I could tell they were very proud of what they do. The plant was state of the art, and the crew was very professional. They even had a large repair room, where rugs were being re fringed by hand. The best part is, my rugs look like it never happened. Thanks guys!!!

1. Joe and Debbie are totally professional and a delight to work with. 2. Pick up and delivery and reinstalling was excellent. 3. Most important is the quality of their restoration....my 20+ year old Persian rug had been showing it’s age. Now it literally looks like the day I bought it...showroom quality. Seriously....you can’t do better than using ORC for your rug cleaning and restoration needs. P.B. 👍
