Jeff from Oriole came out to check out a leak in my basement. He arrived on time, and right away realized the leak was coming from a pipe. He did some real dirty work in my basement and removed old insulation and plywood that was covering up an old window to expose the pipe leak (this was a disgusting job, but he did what was necessary to find the source of the leak). He recommended a plumber who was able to come out right away and fix the source of the leak. I ended up needing some basement repairs that extended beyond waterproofing services, but I would absolutely recommend Oriole based on this experience. Jeff even checked in the next week to see that the plumber he recommended was able to stop the leak. Great experience here.

I have a history of having water problems at the various homes I’ve lived in, which has made me a bit water paranoid. He provided us with a referral and stated that we really didn’t need encapsulation for our basement.
