Why excellent? - Derrick’s Professionalism (arrived on time as scheduled, pleasant, respectful of home wearing shoe covers before entering my home, and made my spouse and I feel confident about the services to be offered. - Knowledgeable (Derick earns the title - bug terminator!) Provided a thorough explanation about why we are having certain bug issues and offered remedies for the bug issues. - Went beyond responsibilities - e.g., recommending plant water bulbs to prevent overwatering of my plants which will prevent plant fungus gnats. Because of Mr. Crayton, I recommend Orkin!

Sven was very helpful during our inspection. He recommended solutions for our drafty attic entry and thoroughly went through our house to assess any places where termites could be getting in. He also recommended some quick fixes where we had existing damage. Well done!
